You’ll work directly with our senior leadership, operations, and sales teams to connect with homeowners across the Northeast, educate them about solar energy and home electrification, and schedule meetings with our sales team.

  • Work closely with senior leadership and operations to coordinate customer outreach and support a smooth handoff to sales.

  • A student mentality: You’re curious, coachable, and eager to learn. To us, this means a mindset, not a requirement to be enrolled in school.
  • A strong work ethic: You show up prepared, follow through, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Clear communication: You enjoy talking with people, listening carefully, and explaining ideas in an approachable way.
  • Persistence and a positive attitude: You can handle unanswered calls and rejection while staying professional and focused.
  • An interest in clean energy: You want to learn about solar, home electrification, and the customers we serve across the Northeast.
  • A desire to grow: You’re looking for an opportunity to build your skills and earn greater responsibility.
  • Availability to work in person in Stamford for the full-time schedule listed above.

You can expect:

  • Direct experience working with our senior leadership and operations teams.
  • Hands-on learning in solar energy, home electrification, and inside sales.
  • An energetic, supportive team environment with ongoing coaching and feedback.
