What you'll do
- Support inbound qualification: Help review and qualify inbound leads from retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers and distributors in the US market against our target customer criteria.
- Engage with leads: Respond to inbound enquiries across calls, email and chat, helping turn initial interest into qualified opportunities for the Business Development team.
- Keep our CRM up to date: Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in HubSpot, helping the team keep track of opportunities and ensure good data quality.
- Tailor your approach: Learn how to adapt messaging for different buyer personas and market contexts, communicating with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Work closely with the team: Collaborate with Business Development and Growth to share insights from conversations with prospects and help improve our approach to inbound acquisition.
- Learn from performance: Track key metrics such as response times and meeting conversion, using data and feedback to understand what works and contribute to the team's performance.
- Explore new opportunities: Help identify patterns, insights and opportunities in the inbound funnel and contribute ideas on how we can improve our sales motion.
What you'll bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build rapport with SMB suppliers
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable working with systems and tooling, including CRM and AI tools
- Able to gather insights, identify opportunities and help shape the sales motion alongside the team
- Ready to join in October 2026 and work 14:00–22:00 CEST, aligned with US market hours
