Level Infinite also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios around the world to help them unlock the true potential of their games.What the Role EntailsAs a Business Development & Influencer Partnerships Intern, you will support the team in identifying and developing business opportunities that enhance our brand presence and player engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to partnerships, influencer marketing, and the gaming industry, making it an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative, and commercially curious individual who is passionate about gaming and digital culture.
You will work closely with experienced team members across business development, marketing, and esports, gaining practical insight into how partnerships and celebrity/influencer collaborations are planned and executed in a fast-paced global environment.

Priorities may change in our dynamic environment, but your responsibilities will include:

Business Development Support

• Assist in researching and identifying potential partners, brands, agencies, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Support the team in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Help track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in gaming, esports, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, esports) to support ongoing partnerships and campaigns.
• Maintain internal documentation, reports, and partnership trackers.

Celebrity Endorsements & Influencer Partnerships

• Support the sourcing and evaluation of influencers and content creators aligned with brand objectives.
• Assist in managing relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and representatives.
• Help coordinate influencer and celebrity campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Support creative integration of influencers into marketing campaigns, events, and in-game activations.
• Assist with campaign performance tracking and post-campaign analysis.

You should also have:
• A positive, flexible mindset and a strong interest in gaming.
• Regular engagement with video games and gaming content.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, or the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic analytical skills and interest in learning how to interpret campaign data.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with teams across different time zones.
• A genuine passion for games, social media, and digital culture.
• A good sense of humor and positive team attitude.

• Bilingual in both Germany and English will be a plus.
