We’re seeking a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite at our Northeast Philadelphia headquarters and help drive new business opportunities while building strong relationships with our customers.
What You’ll DoAs a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. You’ll identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be on helping customers bring their custom apparel ideas to life while hitting sales goals and contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Manage inbound leads, respond to customer inquiries, and guide them through the ordering process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend the best products and services.
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Accurately track sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups).
Experience with CRM software a plus.
Prior experience in printing, apparel, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
Competitive base salary plus commission.
