So what?This is not just another business dev or brand manager role. You won’t just analyze from behind a desk—you’ll be in the market, making things happen. You’ll shape the brand’s strategy, drive its execution, and be on the ground in the US—meeting with retailers, activating the brand, and ensuring our launch is a phenomenal success.
For your first year: Bangkok will be your home base -> Singapore will be your playground (our first commercial market) -> Los Angeles will be your battleground.

🔥 Lead the brand strategy for the US market. Develop and execute positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market plans that drive consumer adoption.
📢 Own brand activations & consumer engagement. Plan and execute sampling programs, influencer partnerships, in-store activations, and strategic campaigns to build brand awareness.
🏪 Work closely with US retailers, brokers & distributors. Ensure optimal shelf placement, retail marketing support, and consumer visibility in key locations.
🎯 Execute go-to-market brand initiatives. Oversee launch roadmap, retail promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive traction in LA & SF Bay Area.
🤝 Develop & manage strategic partnerships. Collaborate with retail buyers, foodservice operators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to accelerate growth.
📍 Be in the US regularly—LA & SF Bay Area will feel like your second home. You’ll spend significant time on the ground, working directly with partners and ensuring flawless execution.
💼 Work directly alongside the Chief Commercial Officer. Be the CCO’s right hand in all brand-building efforts for US expansion.

Skills Required
- Thai citizen or Permanent Resident
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
- 2-5 years experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Business Expansion
- Experience working with retailers, brokers, distributors and managing retail activations
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to LA, SF Bay Area, and Singapore
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience in FMCG, F&B, or high-growth startups
- Builder mindset, strong execution orientation, fast learner and independent
