Job requirements:
Graduation from a recognized public or private university
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with sales pipeline management and deal coordination
Strong proficiency in CRM management, sales follow-ups, deal tracking, and sales pipeline management
Strong analytical ability to track deal progress, identify pipeline gaps, and prioritize follow-up actions
Experience working with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales and CRM platforms
Good understanding of sales qualification, discovery calls, buyer communication, meeting preparation, and deal handoff processes
Strong English language proficiency with effective communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active opportunities with accuracy and urgency
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a larger revenue, sales, or client-facing role in a fast-paced environment
Job Responcibilities:
Manage and track active sales opportunities across the pipeline, ensuring every deal has clear next steps, accurate status updates, and timely follow-ups
Support qualification of outbound opportunities by gathering prospect context, understanding business needs, and identifying deal potential
Coordinate follow-ups with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and scheduled touchpoints to maintain momentum across active conversations
Maintain CRM accuracy by updating deal stages, contact information, communication history, next steps, and pipeline health indicators
Analyze and maintain deal stage movement, response rates, follow-up completion, meeting outcomes, and conversion trends
Work directly with leadership to improve sales processes, strengthen qualification frameworks, and support consistent pipeline growth
