Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support Orion Venture’s growth across the UAE. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and position Orion as a trusted partner in next-generation facility management solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the facility management, real estate, and construction sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and service offerings
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
Support tendering processes, including documentation, pricing inputs, and submission coordination
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate solution alignment
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems regularly
Represent Orion at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in facility management, real estate, or construction
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of FM services, MEP systems, or built environment industries is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
UAE market experience is preferred
