We are seeking an Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to support the Business Development Manager in driving business growth. The role focuses on lead generation support, client coordination, proposal preparation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Support lead generation activities through research, cold outreach, and inbound lead handling
- Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Follow up with prospects on proposals, approvals, and documentation
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases
- Coordinate internally with marketing, finance, and operations teams for proposals and pricing
- Track sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the BDM
- Support contract initiation and onboarding documentation after deal closure
- Handle basic client queries and ensure timely responses
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or similar role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is an advantage
