The Job
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our Health Underwriting Department. In this role, you’ll engage with corporate clients to promote a wide range of employee wellness benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, pensions, and employee assistance programme.
You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering impactful presentations, and building strong client relationships to drive growth and retention.

About You
You must be an outgoing, sales-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships. You should be a proactive team player with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Job Requirements
- A good advanced level of education, preferably with qualifications in insurance or a related field
- Experience in health insurance sales, particularly in a corporate setting, would be considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of health insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients
- IT proficiency, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
