What You’ll Drive

• Develop and implement new business opportunities, creating and executing plans for new and services.
• Improve and optimize business processes, working to enhance efficiency and clarity across the organization.
• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Build strong relationships across departments to influence outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
• Continuously contribute to the company's growth with a solution-focused approach, recognizing challenges as opportunities for innovation.

What You Bring

• Master's or Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic planning, Product owner/development, or Business consulting.
• Strong sense of ownership. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker who can plan, organize, execute, and report ideas and results.
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages required; additional skills in AI is advantageous.
• Broad exposure/experience in the Education area is a plus.
