Business Development Executive (Japanese Speaker)

To support the business development or marketing team on the delivery business related services to existing and potential investors in Lemon Sky Animation Sdn Bhd and contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of business development activity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Executing Business Strategies
  • Managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and clients
  • Understanding the legal business landscape of the industries

• Assist the Business Development team on the following:
  • Assist the coordination and preparation of business events, such as seminars, conferences, etc. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate, format and disseminate relevant client alerts on a regular basis.
  • Maintain client relationship management database.
  • Assist in the coordination and distribution of marketing tools, including client invitation, alerts, newsletters and corporate gifts.
  • Maintain firm profile and other centralized promotional materials (brochures, CVs and newsletters).
  • Coordinate deal collection and reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare portfolio, show reel and other materials for sales and marketing purpose.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a business development, account executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
• Excellent in Japanese – Native Japanese speaker or N1 certificated are preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Market knowledge is a plus.
• Knowing Japanese business culture and business manner is a must.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Ability to manage various projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
