- Direct publisher sales experience with consistent results in complex B2B cycles
- Existing network of mobile publishers across EMEA's gaming and non-gaming verticals
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
- Early-stage startup experience preferred
- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of UA/growth strategies, mediation waterfalls, and connecting supply-side value to publisher LTV optimization
- Independent Operator: Thrives in high-autonomy roles, able to move quickly and solve problems independently
