Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth and account penetration
▪ Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan for the French telecom and Service Operators market to drive revenue growth.
▪ Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to ensure the organization's competitive advantage.
▪ Establish and maintain BD key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on business growth progress regularly.

2. New Business Opportunities
▪ Identify, assess, and create new business opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic growth goals.
▪ Formulate and execute plans to enter existing and new accounts, develop new account network, and expand existing account relationships

3. Relationship Building with Senior Stakeholders
▪ Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders within our customer/prospect base.
▪ Act as a primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
▪ Leverage relationships to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services.

4. Telecom Market Expertise
▪ Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the telecom industry, with a focus on French market trends, technologies, and regulations.
▪ Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the telecom sector and assess their potential impact on the company's offerings.
▪ Provide guidance to the product development team to ensure our products and services align with market demands in the telecom sector.

5. Understanding of RFX Processes
▪ Have a strong understanding of the Request for X (RFP, RFI, RFQ) process, particularly as it relates to the telecom and service operators industry.
▪ Lead the development and submission of RFP responses, working closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
▪ Analyze RFP requirements, assess our capabilities, and recommend bid or no-bid decisions to maximize success rates.
▪ Develop and maintain a repository of RFP responses, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
