The BD department engages with brands and agencies across the MENA region, with a primary focus on delivering spectacular influencer marketing campaigns.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- 📈 Business Development:
- Research, identify, and generate new leads within targeted accounts.
- Compile information about target companies and identify key stakeholders.
- Arrange and conduct pitch meetings and calls with clients, maintaining active engagement through creative follow-up communications.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
- Onboard new clients.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure delivery of monthly and quarterly sales, margin, and invoicing targets.
- Prepare campaign proposals.
- 💡 Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team to formulate creative ideas and strategies for influencer marketing proposals.
- Gather campaign briefs from clients.
- Engage in creative copywriting.
- 📱 Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on social media and digital technology trends, utilizing insights to enhance proposals.
- Enhance sales materials, including sales decks, whitepapers, surveys, etc.
💼 Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of professional working experience.
- Fluency in English (Native/Professional).
- A strong network of Marketing professionals on both the client and agency side in the MENA region.
- Existing CRM knowledge (Pipedrive ideally, but any other CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot is also fine).
- Excellent organizational skills, work ethics, communication skills, and empathy.
- Patience and persistence.
- Nice to have: experience in working with companies from B2B sectors (media/advertising agencies, startups) or B2C influencers.
