We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to support executive outreach, relationship management, and digital content activities. In this role, you will assist with communication initiatives on behalf of the CEO, including researching and identifying executive contacts, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking engagement, and coordinating follow-up activities. You will also provide support with routine website content updates and digital publishing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys research, communication, and building professional relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with CRM systems, have strong attention to detail, and possess basic experience with website content management and digital tools.

As the Business Development & Digital Content Assoicate you will:

Executive Outreach & CRM Management (70%)

  • Research and identify CEOs, C-suite executives, board members, and senior decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Source and validate executive contact information using approved research tools and databases.
  • Maintain accurate contact records within HubSpot CRM.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns on behalf of the CEO via email and other approved channels.
  • Track all communication activity, responses, and engagement history within HubSpot.
  • Manage follow-up sequences for contacts who do not respond.
  • Monitor outreach performance and provide regular status updates.
  • Route interested prospects, partners, sponsors, or stakeholders to the appropriate internal team member.
  • Maintain organized records of positive, neutral, and negative responses.
  • Coordinate scheduling requests and introductions resulting from outreach efforts.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and ongoing record maintenance.

Website Content Management (30%)

  • Manage front-end website updates using Sitecore CMS.
  • Publish and update web pages, landing pages, news articles, event information, and resource content.
  • Review content for accuracy, formatting, and user experience.
  • Upload images, documents, and digital assets.
  • Perform quality assurance checks prior to publication.
  • Ensure content updates align with brand standards and editorial guidelines.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams to implement website changes.

To join us you should have:

  • Associate degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or business development.
  • Experience with CRM/CMS platforms; HubSpot and Sitecore preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business applications.
  • Experience supporting executive communications or business development is a plus.
