What You'll Do:Handle inbound sales and service inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat.
Schedule appointments and help drive showroom traffic.
Follow up with leads quickly and professionally.
Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
Create engaging video responses and be comfortable appearing on camera.
Maintain accurate records and customer communications in the CRM.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities.
✔ Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership experience required.
✔ Excellent phone and communication skills.
✔ Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video messages.
✔ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
✔ Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
✔ CRM experience preferred.
