As a Business Development Consultant - Digital Solutions, you’ll play a key role in expanding our digital footprint and delivering a seamless client experience. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Presents and positions digital platforms and content tools to new and existing clients across EMEA, while supporting client onboarding and ensuring smooth setup post-demo.
- Coordinates with Sales teams to align on digital strategy and client targeting.
- Communicates new features and updates to clients.
- Builds and executes communication strategies, including automated journeys to boost engagement.
- Gathers client feedback and collaborates with Product Managers to enhance tools.
- Monitors usage metrics and identifies opportunities to increase adoption.
- Tracks project progress and reports on performance.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance (Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics are a plus).
- + 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or digital product promotion (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and other languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong Excel skills (Python is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within EMEA.
- Confident communicator and natural presenter.
- Curious, tech-savvy, and passionate about financial markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
