The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and supporting the full lifecycle of business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify relevant federal, state, and local contracting opportunities.
- Analyze documents and extract key requirements.
- Support proposal development, including drafting technical narratives and assembling submission packages.
- Perform pricing analysis based on labor, materials, and scope requirements.
- Source qualified vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage and maintain opportunity pipelines and internal tracking systems.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of projects, submissions, and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit offers through the required portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with the requirements and deadlines.
- Assist with post-submission follow-ups and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in English Studies, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
