About
the Role
The
role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing a portfolio
of existing accounts, and ensuring the effective promotion and sale of
Mediacent Interactive’s SaaS solutions and services. This role requires a
technically proficient salesperson who can deliver compelling software
demonstrations, explain product features and benefits, manage the full sales
funnel, maintain accurate CRM data, and contribute to the overall growth of the
client portfolio. This role must ensure client satisfaction through effective
relationship building and demonstrate strong knowledge of SaaS products and the
business benefits they deliver.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Business
Development & Lead Generation - Identify and engage prospective clients to expand Mediacent Interactive’s
SaaS customer base through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship
building.
2. Sales
Pipeline & Deal Management - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and product
presentations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and successful deal closure
while consistently achieving sales targets.
3. Product
Demonstrations & Solution Presentation - Conduct customized product demos that clearly
communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Mediacent’s SaaS
solutions based on client needs.
4. Client
Relationship & Account Management - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer
satisfaction, retention, and identification of upselling and cross-selling
opportunities.
5. CRM
Management & Sales Reporting - Accurately update and manage all sales activities, leads, opportunities, and
client interactions within the CRM system while preparing regular sales and
pipeline reports.
6. Market
Research & Competitive Analysis - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support
effective positioning of Mediacent solutions and provide strategic business
insights.
7. Collaboration
& Quality Compliance - Work
closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery, adherence to
company processes, quality standards, and professional brand representation in
all client engagements.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Proficient in SaaS sales methodologies and
subscription-based business models.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems (Zoho CRM,
Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Competent in using presentation tools and
video conferencing platforms for virtual demos.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain
complex software products.
- Strong written and verbal communication
skills.
- Ability to draft clear, tailored proposals
and cost estimates.
