Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or business development and a passion for building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement in a fast-paced technology environment.

Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Research and develop a pipeline of prospective clients in target markets and verticals within the IT industry
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Schedule and conduct product/service presentations, demos, and meetings with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion and revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
  • Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT solutions, products, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales within the IT/technology sector
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social selling techniques
  • Knowledge of IT industry verticals such as FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or e-Commerce
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Certified Inside Sales Professional)
