CF is a leading consultancy dedicated to making a lasting impact on health and healthcare. We work with leaders and frontline teams to improve health, transform healthcare, embed life science innovation and boost growth through investment.

Our consultancy serves the entire healthcare sector, from healthcare systems and life sciences to health tech and sector suppliers. CF's multi-disciplinary team provides end-to-end services, spanning strategy, finance, performance, organisational improvement, data and digital. We also create optimal policy conditions for healthcare advancements through evidence-based thought leadership, taking a proactive stance on key issues.

With unmatched access to UK healthcare data and specialist data science expertise, our consultants are a driving force for delivering positive and meaningful change.

About the Role

As a Business Development Consultant for our GCC practice, you will support CF by managing key business development activities and ensuring the Partner/ME Chief Medical Officer, Dr Joud Abduljawad, based in Riyadh is able to operate at the top of his license.

With key revenue generating responsibility, and a strong desire to be connected with our UK business, Joud sometimes works unsociable hours and will benefit from working with a Business Development Consultant who is happy to do the same.

To support business development in the GCC region, you will assist in tracking opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, and ensuring smooth bid processes. • Effectively horizon scan for and coordinate bid opportunities, including organising meetings, managing the storage of updates and clarifications, and uploading tender responses and queries. This will require closely monitoring and managing opportunities and bids on the Etimad portal.
  • Identify gaps and provide insights to enhance our proposal strategy based on customer feedback
  • Identify, mitigate or escalate risk on bid submissions

Data & Systems Ownership

  • Manage our opportunity tracker by logging new opportunities, capturing key information about each opportunity, and recording and coding feedback we receive following bid submission
  • Provide bid support and administration to the Business Development Consultant, Business Development Manager and Partner for the GCC
