We are building & expanding in IQVIA across the Provider and Hospital ecosystem in Southeast Asia, anchored in CXO engagement, strategic insight, and transformation‑led opportunities.
To support this journey, we are looking for a curious, driven, and thoughtful Business Development Analyst who can help us identify the right opportunities, connect the dots across markets, and bring structure to how we build relationships and pipeline across the region.
This is not a typical inside sales role. It is an insight‑led, high‑impact position, working closely with senior leadership to shape how we grow in the provider space.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Build Insight on Provider Organizations
You’ll develop a strong understanding of hospital groups and healthcare systems across Southeast Asia:
Map key organisations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam
Understand leadership structures, strategy, and growth priorities
Create clear, concise briefs that help us engage meaningfully with CXOs
2. Identify and Shape Opportunities
You’ll actively track signals in the market and help us spot opportunities early:
Expansion plans, new hospitals, digital initiatives, policy changes
M&A activity, partnerships, funding, or transformation programs
Translate these into potential opportunities for IQVIA
3. Support Stakeholder Engagement
You’ll help us stay organised and targeted in how we engage:
Map key decision‑makers (CEO, CFO, CIO, CMIO, etc.)
Help identify the right entry points into organisations
Support meeting setup and prioritisation
4. Prepare and Follow Through on CXO Interactions
You’ll ensure every interaction is thoughtful and well‑prepared:
Create pre‑meeting briefs with context and hypotheses
Capture outcomes and drive structured follow‑ups
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
5. Bring Discipline to Pipeline & Execution
You’ll help maintain clarity and momentum across opportunities:
Track pipeline, actions, and progress
Coordinate across teams (Principals, consulting leads, delivery teams)
Ensure smooth transition from early discussion to active pursuit
6. Support Conferences & Market Engagement
You’ll help us get more value from industry platforms:
Identify relevant provider events and stakeholders
Help organise meetings before and after events
Drive follow‑ups to convert conversations into opportunities
7. Learn and Connect IQVIA Capabilities
Over time, you’ll build a strong understanding of:
IQVIA’s provider, consulting, analytics, and digital offerings
How these align with real challenges faced by hospitals
What We’re Looking For:
4–8 years of experience in Healthcare consulting, research, or business development
Strategy or market intelligence roles
Prior exposure to hospital / provider ecosystem is highly valuable
Strong research and analytical thinking
Ability to convert information into clear, structured insights
Good written communication — able to prepare materials for senior stakeholders
Organised and detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑through
Comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholders
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in an evolving, build‑mode environment
Takes ownership and follows things through
Enjoys working closely with senior leaders and being part of strategic conversations
