At Eni, we are looking for a Business Development Advisor within Ieoc Production BV in Ciro, Egypt. You will be responsible for supporting negotiations of new business opportunities in upstream oil & gas ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and commercial objectives and contribute to exploration farm-ins/farm-outs, mergers & acquisitions, and partnership deals safeguarding compliance with regulatory frameworks and maximizing value for stakeholders

Main responsibilities:

•    Support negotiations of new business opportunities in upstream oil & gas
•    Contribute to exploration farm-ins/farm-outs, mergers & acquisitions, and partnership deals
•    Assist in renewals and extensions of petroleum contracts
•    Provide analytical and legal-commercial support for strategic projects

Skills and experience required:

•    Some previous professional experience
•    Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, International Private Law, or Engineering from a top international university
•    Native-level fluency in both English and Arabic; Italian is a plus
•    International academic or professional exposure; prior experience in the energy sector is an advantage
•    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
•    Solid commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
•    Familiarity with legal English and Arabic for contract negotiations
•    Analytical thinking and ability to work in multicultural environments
