Business Developer

Jito Labs is seeking a highly talented Business Developer to grow our customer base and strengthen partnerships. This hybrid BD/sales engineering role requires deep technical knowledge of MEV and our systems, combining customer relationship management with technical expertise.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs and guiding them to appropriate resources
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships while developing creative strategies to expand our reach
• Represent Jito Labs at high-leverage conferences and networking events
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product integration and technical problem-solving
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth
• Take full ownership of projects and initiatives from conception to completion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales engineering, business development, or similar roles, preferably in DeFi or blockchain space
• Proven track record working directly with engineering teams on product integration
• Deep understanding of MEV ecosystem and its implications
• Strong adaptability and project management skills
• Strategic thinking ability with focus on long-term impact
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex systems
