- Strong ethical compass of handling sensitive data professionally.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within business functions of a growth-stage organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across differentteams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Knowledge of and passion for data governance and compliance.
- Preferred experience working within HRIS systems or financial software.
