In this role, you will be in charge of the creation and maintenance of KPI’s, reporting and dashboards, facilitating the steering of the Infrastructure activities, as well as of detailed data analysis and the presentation of the corresponding quantitative and qualitative conclusions.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and inventorize the data sources for the Infrastructure department, validate the data consistency and identity the necessary and potential improvements
- Identify and define the KPI’s to be measured based on the requests and needs of the Teams within the Infrastructure department, the operational processes and own expertise within the domain.
- Develop the steering KPI’s and create / manage dashboards which integrate those KPI’s and enable an efficient monitoring and steering of the Infrastructure dep. activities, and be proactive / force of proposal on new reporting perspectives and data cross-referencing to provide the Infrastructure dep. with alternative view on performance
- Analyze the trend evolutions through dashboards as well as performing ‘ad hoc’ analyses on specific topics, potentially by compiling / cross-referencing Infrastructure data with other data sources.
- Synthesize and present the dashboards and the results of specific analyses together with the corresponding quantitative and qualitative conclusions in a clear manner adapted to the audience.
- Reporting project management: planning creation and management, drive the different project phases through collaboration with internal / external stakeholders & experts, communication of the progress / challenges / mitigations, and internal / external quality control after the move to production.
- Contribute to transversal projects touching Infrastructure dep. as expert / interface of Infrastructure data management and reporting to ensure the consideration of Infrastructure dep.’s needs and the respect for Infrastructure dep.’s essential KPI’s.
Your profile:
- University degree
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Dashboarding / reporting expertise
- Data analysis and data management expertise
- Mastery of IT tools linked to data extraction, data manipulation and data analysis
- Interest in numbers (reports and KPIs), proactivity, excellent communication skills
- Fluent French and a good level of English
