How will you make a difference as a Business Data Analysis Specialist at Fragomen?
- Own and deliver reporting requests from legal stakeholders across various case teams
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions
- Partner with senior analysts to implement data automation and transformation workflows
- Assist with data audits and data governance documentation, ensuring accuracy and standardization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and continuously look for opportunities to improve data quality and delivery
Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related technical field
- Experience with Power Query, scripting in Excel, and coding experience like Python or SQL
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, logic, and pivot tables
- Familiarity with SQL for querying and data extraction across relational databases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to dive into unfamiliar systems or datasets
- Familiarity with building KPI dashboards and performance monitoring reporting
- Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows, data transformations, and pipeline logic
- Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI
