Description & Requirements
The Business Coordinator owns executive support duties within the Global Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics team, as well as takes lead of coordination with key research supplier partners to ensure timely and accurate payment. The Global I&A team is centered around a deep human understanding and ability to anticipate consumer needs. The consumer is our north star at Kraft Heinz, and we are consumer informed in transforming our portfolio, driving innovation, and continuing to modernize our iconic brands.
This role reports into the Head of Global Marketplace and Supplier Relationships to enable a close connectivity to that portion of the team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the VP of Global Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics and Head of Global Marketplace and Supplier Relationships to enable effective team collaboration and organized process flow of supplier connectivity, purchase order processing and budget management
  • Responsible for handling calendars, meeting agendas, and meeting follow ups of the VP, Global Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics and team meetings for the Leadership Team
  • Assist in making meeting arrangements and scheduling routine meetings for the business including town halls, quarterly leadership offsites, weekly leadership team meetings, etc.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain team and supplier partnership/data relationship budgets


Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience in administrative support of a business leadership team
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners
  • Ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Can maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
