As part of a dynamic international team with operations in several countries, you will be employed within the Tunisian entity, with performing duties in business control, reporting, monitoring, budgeting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of financial transactions;
- Perform daily and weekly reporting of financial transactions ensuring that amounts are posted correctly;
- Daily activity monitoring;
- Incidents handling, escalation and monitoring;
- Responsibility over merchant’s accounts;
- Reconciliation of extracted data from the platform;
- Monitor business control dashboards, activities and KPI’s;
- Liaise with other departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner;
- Adhere to internal procedures related to reconciliation and reporting activities;
- Monitor cashflow and issue reports for management’s review.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelors’ degree of Business in Finance or Accounting;
- Computer literacy with outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of English language both verbal and written;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and follow resolution;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work to set deadlines;
- Team player and a self-motivated individual with the ability to cooperate with multiple parties;
- Able to adjust easily to new services or products onboarded by the company;
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in a related position particularly in analysis, control, reporting, reconciliation, budgeting and monitoring.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and dashboard reporting;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Attentive to details with high standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and possess strong analytical skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with senior management.
