The Role
We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Granada, supporting the Group Head of Finance. This role combines controlling and FP&A responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with strong financial expertise, business acumen, and a passion for driving performance in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver management reporting, KPIs, and financial analysis (SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Partner with business units across Europe to improve profitability and support strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to enhance financial visibility.
- Contribute to special projects such as due diligence, process improvements, and financial tool enhancements.
Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Transaction Services.
- Background in Big Four (Transaction Services / Deal Advisory / Audit) highly valued.
- Strong business acumen with both analytical and strategic capabilities.
- SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus.
- International or multi-country exposure.
- Excellent skills in Excel and Power BI (must-have).
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong communication and business partnering skills.
Education
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related, preferably with a specialization in financial analysis, controlling, or corporate finance.
Languages
English: Fluent / professional level (mandatory).
French: A plus.
