What impact will you make? 

As a Business Consultant within Bizzdesign’s Professional Services department, you will guide clients in the functional adoption of our products. Acting as a strategic partner, you will help them define the most suitable methodology for their specific use case, providing functional consulting and methodological support throughout the project lifecycle. 

What will you do? 

Working independently or as part of a project team, you will support our clients in implementing Enterprise Architecture practices and driving their transformation initiatives: 

• As a true Business Analyst of our solutions, you guide clients through the definition of their needs, the specification and implementation of solutions, and the change management activities required for success. 

• As an ambassador of BizzDesign's methodology, you advise clients on methodological choices for modeling business and IT architecture layers (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, etc.) and for structuring their organization around our solutions. 

• You contribute to architecture modeling work (information gathering, workshop facilitation, model creation, etc.) to support IT and business transformation projects such as application portfolio rationalization, urbanization studies, master plans, or data governance initiatives. 

• As a trusted partner to your clients, you proactively identify opportunities to deliver added value and contribute to the success and growth of your engagement 
  

Who are you? 

• You have 2–4 years of experience in consulting or within a software vendor, ideally in the Enterprise Architecture domain 

• You hold a master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or university in a scientific or technical field 

• You are fluent in French and English 

• You have a strong understanding of information systems (process orchestration, reference data / MDM, SOA / application integration, BI, etc.) 

• You are familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF) and agile or project management methodologies (such as SAFe) 

• You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing 

• You enjoy working with clients and can adapt your message to different audiences 

• You are organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities 

• You work well both independently and as part of a team 

• You bring curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping organizations make better decisions through structured transformation

Recruitment process 

In this role, you can expect the following interviewing process: 

• 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes) 
• 2nd Interview with the Hiring Manager (60 minutes)
• 3rd Interview in the office with a Peer and a Stakeholder (120 minutes)
