About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to drive the sales of our innovative SaaS products. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with B2B clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how our software solutions can add value to their operations.

This is a field-heavy role that requires extensive travel to meet clients, close deals, and build lasting business relationships.

Compensation Packages

We offer two distinct compensation tiers based on your mobility and willingness to travel:

  • Tier 1 (Tamil Nadu Region): Rs. 50,000 per month for consultants focusing on and traveling exclusively within Tamil Nadu.

  • Tier 2 (Pan-India): Rs. 75,000 per month for consultants willing and able to travel extensively across India to drive national sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers for our SaaS products.

  • Travel extensively to conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations with potential clients.

  • Understand client pain points and propose customized SaaS solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing.

  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client success and drive renewals/upsells.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular field feedback to the product and marketing teams.


RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting (experience selling SaaS or software products is highly preferred).

  • Ability to travel extensively (either within Tamil Nadu or Pan-India, depending on the chosen package).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • For Tamil Nadu Role: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

  • For Pan-India Role: Fluency in English and Hindi is required (knowledge of other regional languages is a strong plus).

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road.
