We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our Services team focused on our growing Insight analytics product. This role works directly with top executives at client organizations to turn data into action, ensuring they have the visibility and information needed to make strategic business decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client engagements from kickoff to go live, ensuring clear communication, smooth execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive teams, translating business goals into data driven insights through our Insights platform.
- Build and manage project plans that keep deliverables on track and expectations aligned.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational and accounting workflows.
- Configure, test, and support application solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.
- Ensure consistent collaboration between clients, internal teams, and CCT to deliver a seamless experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a passion for transforming data into meaningful business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills across all levels of an organization, including executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and competing priorities with precision.
- Experience in operations, finance, or data analytics is a plus, especially in regulated or high complexity industries.
- A self starter mindset and flexibility to travel or work extended hours during client implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study (technical, business, math, engineering, etc.)
- Project management experience or software consulting experience is a plus
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, technical writing skills
- Ability to work as part of a project team structure
- Ability to work on-site at client locations throughout North America
- Travel Expectations: ~ 50%
- Ability to pass stringent background investigations, required
- Clean driving record, required
