This is an ideal position for an ambitious and open-minded Business Automation Consultant who would like to make a big impact on our customer’s business while working with a modern product.
What you’ll be doing:- Project leadership and holistic product advisory - As the first point of contact in projects, you will provide our customers with end-to-end Flowable advice, enabling them to expand and improve their business through innovative solutions based on the Flowable product. In addition, you will lead and coordinate the project team
- Solution design - Creating solution proposals based on the Flowable product and the individual business/IT requirements of the customer. You will study business requirements and will prepare Proof of Concepts, acting as an interface between our clients and the development teams. Working directly with a Flowable Architect and project stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of multiple projects to define, design, implement and review business process-based solutions
- Development – You will contribute to the project with your Flowable modelling/development knowledge based on the industry standards BPMN, CMMN, DMN and the other Flowable engines
- Project management - Control the project in terms of deliverable, deadlines, costs, quality and risks as well as identify and justify deviations from the project plans
- Collaboration with Sales - You will work closely with our Sales Team, providing them with expert advice and actively participating in bid management, service offering (including cross and upselling) and Product demos
- Teamwork - You will work in a great team, which will consist of different colleagues from developers through salespeople to product developers and client teams
- Experience in Business Process Engineering
- Strong understanding and affinity to software development. Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or any other object-oriented programming language
- Big plus if you already have experience with BPM products like Pega, Appian, Camunda or others
- Experience working in an agile environment and methods
- Keen on working in a challenging environment with teamwork capabilities, dedication, and motivation
- Ambitious and open-minded consultant who would like to make a big impact on our customer’s business while working with a modern product
- Very good sense for quality and strong ability to think and act analytically
- You are fluent in German and English
