Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the CEO and senior management team in handling strategic affairs, scheduling, and external communication, ensuring the efficient progress of key matters.
2. Coordinate the collaboration between teams in China and the United States, handle cross-time zone communication and information flow, and ensure the alignment of bilateral schedules.
3. Deeply participate in IR/PR/GTM-related work, assist in preparing investor materials, brand communication content, and business coordination.
4. Coordinate and manage the schedules, meetings, and travel affairs of senior executives, and proficiently handle the international office tool system.
5. In an environment with complex information and concurrent tasks, proactively identify priorities, break down problems, and drive their implementation.
6. Maintain a high level of professional integrity regarding internal and external confidential information, and independently assume key support roles in high-trust scenarios.
Qualifications
1. Basic requirements
→ At least 3 years of experience in positions such as Business Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Manager, etc.
→ Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of independently supporting international meetings, written communication and document organization.
→ Proficient in using international office tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, etc.
→ Able to adapt to the flexible working schedule across different time zones and understand the collaboration models between Chinese and American teams.
2. Core competencies
→ Strong structured thinking, able to quickly grasp the key points in parallel tasks and complex information.
→ Excellent cross-cultural and cross-level communication skills, capable of establishing efficient collaboration mechanisms between management, teams and external parties.
→ Proactive and result-oriented, able to independently advance tasks rather than waiting for instructions when faced with ambiguous tasks.
→ Strong confidentiality awareness, with high professional ethics and responsibility.
3. Bonus points
→ Background in global technology, software, internet or entrepreneurial companies.
→ Relevant practical experience in IR, PR, marketing or business development.
→ Holding a US visa or having overseas出差/cross-border work experience.
→ Having a genuine interest and active understanding of the AI industry.
