As a Business Assistant in the Investment Bank, you will support senior stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will leverage your advanced skills to manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle client interactions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across teams. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries proactively, including meetings and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Handle client interactions and coordinate departmental scheduling.
  • Collaborate with support groups and business management for seamless operations.
  • Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
  • Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
  • Understand group priorities and business expectations.
  • Partner with assistants across lines of business for coverage.
  • Engage in projects and training opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Professional client handling and relationship building.
  • Competency in diary management with good judgment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in arranging travel and creating accurate itineraries.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven approach.
  • High technical capabilities.
  • Awareness of expense systems and cost control.
  • Polished and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility and receptiveness to change.

  • Understanding of Investment Bank culture and key personnel.
