We’re looking for an outgoing, organized, and goal-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team in Louisville, KY!
In this role, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey—helping patients understand their recommended treatment, answering financial and insurance questions, and making it easier for them to move forward with the care they need.
What You’ll Do- Review treatment plans, fees, insurance benefits, and payment options with patients
- Build relationships and help patients feel confident moving forward with treatment
- Schedule treatment and follow up on unscheduled cases
- Verify insurance benefits and provide financial estimates
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient information
- Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience
- Dental office experience preferred
- Treatment coordination or dental front office experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial options
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
