What You’ll Do

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between the clinical team and our patients, helping them understand their recommended treatment and feel confident moving forward with their care.

  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Educate patients on recommended care, costs, insurance benefits, and financial options
  • Build trust with patients and help overcome barriers to treatment
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help drive case acceptance
  • Coordinate appointments and ensure patients have a smooth experience from consultation through treatment
  • Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate financial estimates
  • Collect payments and discuss financing options when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Partner with doctors, clinical teams, and front office staff to achieve practice goals
  • Help maintain productive schedules and identify opportunities to improve the patient experience
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines exceptional customer service with a strong business mindset. You should be comfortable discussing treatment and finances while remaining compassionate and focused on what is best for the patient.

Dental experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with treatment planning, case presentation, insurance, scheduling, collections, or patient financing.
