Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires guiding the identification of key customer needs and shaping the business solutions and frameworks necessary to bring these opportunities to fruition. The position also includes crafting detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment with client goals and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their professional growth and contribution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Assurance, Database Architecture, Data Analytics, MongoDB.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for business case development and strategic planning.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Assurance.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education with BE or any equivalent is required.
