Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business and technology strategies.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
