Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformational efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering sustainable growth and innovation within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment of project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending effective solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to design and optimize operating models that align with organizational goals.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
