Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in supporting organizational transformation by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous alignment with strategic goals are integral to the daily workflow, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into practical and sustainable operating models.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities and operational processes.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that justify investments and guide project prioritization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to support and drive organizational change through structured transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
