We are looking for a Business Applications Manager to support related applications, collaborate with various departments to understand their application needs, ensure system availability in order to better meet and serve Company’s strategic decisions, ensure quality of delivery in implementations (new implementations/ parameterizations).
Reporting to the Business Applications Head, the role is responsible for:
- Collaborating with various departments to understand their application needs and overseeing that applications solutions meet the specific requirements of different business units;
- Reviewing and leading the business analysis/ implementation/ testing processes and test scenarios, participating in testing phase where needed, in order to ensure deliverables quality;
- Managing day to day Systems Monitoring and Business Administration, prioritizing Teams tasks regarding Business Support / Projects, so as to secure Systems availability, data quality and on time delivery;
- Participating in prioritization of Projects within Dpt and overall design of Strategy Implementation Dpt ;
- Managing external vendors regarding incidents, new developments delivery dates and assessing delivery process in terms of time and quality;
- Collaborating with Dpts Business Process Analysts team to apply systems abilities to processes, participating in development and review operational manuals and procedure documents as also as conducting Train-The-Trainers sessions for systems in charge;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Software or Banking industry business analysis for at least 5 years;
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Experience in QCR, Arotron, Profits, ELO, E-Sing, AML systems and processes will be highly preferred;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and high level of ownership;
- English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
