A Business Applications Consultant for Replicon has developed a specialization within a specific domain of expertise. The position requires the ability to work independently and in teams. Consultants are often responsible for completing parts of projects or activities as part of a team. They must also be client-oriented and able to explore sales activities.
A Consultant could specialize in multiple roles. These include, but are not limited to Time Tracking Systems, Workforce Management, and Payroll Processing. The consultant would be proactive, committed to mastering a new product, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of product functionality and ensuring effective integration.
General Responsibilities- This is a customer-facing position

· Working with clients
o Demonstrate basic knowledge of Replicon Core and add-on functionality
o Organize and execute assigned activities as directed by the Project Team, Senior or Principal Business Application Consultant
· Working within Infotek
o Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, user guides, and implementation templates
o Adaptable to learn new skills and modules as directed by the Manager
· Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent position
· Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic
· Aptitude in creative problem-solving
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
· Able to lead full implementations and train others on basic, intermediate, and admin processes within the following Replicon modules or add-on applications with support
o HCM: Payroll, Benefits, Time Collection, and Expense
o WFM: Replicon and Polaris
· Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends if required
· The job is remote and may require some travel
Preferred Experience/Skills
· 2+ years of experience with Deltek Replicon or another time tracking software
· Experience scoping integrations between multiple software platforms
· Experience in manufacturing, consulting, or government contracting
Education/Certifications
· BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
· Deltek Certified in the below areas or the ability to become certified within 1 year of employment dependent upon the assigned role
o A&F: General Ledger, Projects & Billing
o HCM: Time Collection, Expense
o Budgets: Resource Planning
Physical Requirements· Consistently requires sitting or standing for a majority of the day to complete essential job duties on the computer and telephone
· Consistently requires auditory abilities to efficiently listen and effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff to carry out essential job duties
· Occasionally requires standing to scan, print and copy job related documents to carry out job duties
· Occasional overnight travel by land and/or air may be necessary
