Job Description- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technical possibilities and gather user requirements for the development of system customizations, such as workflows and interfaces
- Perform troubleshooting and general support to users, ensuring smooth system operation
- Perform general system administration tasks, including
- Monitor system status, including queues and log files
- Perform system upgrades and validation
- Troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and user errors
- Analyze and optimize system performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user trainings
- Education in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Expierence with Java
- Experience with REST, Databases (SQL), Tools (Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Ant), CI/CD (JUnit, Jenkins, Github Actions) is a plus
- Ideally relevant industry and process experience with Windchill PLM or any other PTC product (MPMLink, Creo and ThingWorx)
- Proficiency in English
