About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our team and help drive product and business decisions across the player life-cycle.
In this role, you will analyze player behavior, game performance, and feature progression to generate actionable insights that improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
You will work closely with Product, Monetizaion & Economy, to support data-informed decision-making and optimize the player experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze player behavior across the full lifecycle to extract insights.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs (DAU, retention, conversion, LTV, etc.)

  • Analyzing complex datasets that reflect player behavior to address strategic and operational business questions.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Support A/B tests and experiments: design, analyze, and present results.

  • Collaborate with Product and Game teams to define metrics and success criteria.

  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders (technical and non-technical).


    Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a data or business analyst (experience in gaming or consumer apps is a plus).

  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis (mandatory).

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Looker / Power BI / similar)

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with large datasets and event-based data

  • Understanding of product KPIs (retention, funnels, conversion, monetization)

  • Ability to tell a story with data and communicate insights clearly

  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
