JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support Customer 360 (C360), data, and AI-enabled programs, acting as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role focuses on capturing business requirements and coordinating communication around timelines, dependencies, and rollout plans.
The analyst partners closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that business needs are accurately understood, prioritized, and delivered. The role emphasizes clarity, communication, and execution alignment, rather than technical solution design or implementation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted point of contact for business stakeholders across C360, analytics, and AI initiatives.
Participate in working sessions to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points.
Manage ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding scope, priorities, risks, and delivery timelines.
Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
Capture and document business requirements including business goals, metrics, and functional/non-functional requirements.
Document assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
Ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with program objectives.
Translation Between Business & Technology
Serve as a conduit between business teams and technical delivery teams including data engineers, Salesforce teams, and AI teams.
Clarify business intent and validate technical interpretations of requirements.
Support solution walkthroughs to ensure business understanding and alignment.
Planning, Rollout & Communication
Support development of delivery plans and rollout schedules.
Communicate key milestones, dependencies, and release timelines to business stakeholders.
Assist with change management activities including training support and release communications.
Delivery & Governance Support
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage with business users.
Track requirements traceability from intake through delivery.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Business Analysis Skills
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
Experience working in business-facing roles on data, analytics, CRM, or digital transformation programs.
Strong experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience supporting Customer 360 (C360) initiatives.
Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Data Cloud, or CRM ecosystems.
Experience in change management, training, or adoption planning.
Experience working in global onshore–offshore delivery models.
