We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support regulatory transformation initiatives by enhancing data-driven evaluation and reporting processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions such as dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
The candidate will act as an internal consultant, translating business requirements into actionable insights, identifying trends and inconsistencies in data, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks. Strong collaboration, communication, and data analysis skills are essential to support both operational improvements and long-term strategic decision-making.
This is a hybrid role requiring primarily remote work with occasional onsite meetings, offering an opportunity to contribute to impactful, data-focused initiatives.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analysis and data analytics
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Strong experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Excel PowerPivot or similar)
