Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing detailed business insights.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
