We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as Techno-Functional Consultant, contributing to low-code SaaS platform development and solution design.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in existing SaaS solutions, implement configuration updates or changes, and resolve support tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Support the development and implementation of solutions by working with technical teams.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses.
- Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new systems or enhancements.

- Proven experience in analyst or a similar role, with a minimum of two years of professional experience.
- Hands-on expertise with SaaS-based products, delivering client solutions for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Proficient in updating SQL queries and applying JavaScript code for validations, with strong interest in continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
